CEF – CEF 2 Transport – Adaptation of the TEN-T to civilian-defence dual use – Military mobility envelope – 2026

Objective

To develop dual-use transport infrastructure on the TEN-T and the military mobility networks.

Priority

Support will be provided to dual-use projects, works and/or studies, addressing both civilian and defence needs.

Eligibility

• Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
